Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following specific conditions:
- Inspection upon Delivery: Please examine the product carefully and check the size before the delivery representative leaves.
- Immediate Returns: Returns are only allowed on the spot while the representative is present (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
- Manufacturing Defects: In case of any defect, you can return the product for a full refund or replace it with a defect-free item. We will bear all shipping costs in this case.
- Size Exchanges: If you face a size issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to size availability, and additional shipping costs will apply.
Please Note:
- Order Cancellation / Non-Receipt: If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, or choose not to receive it from the representative, a shipping fee of 80 EGP must be paid to the representative, or transferred via Instapay / Vodafone Cash.
- Offers & Discounts: Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

فحص المنتج: يرجى معاينة المنتج بعناية والتأكد من المقاس قبل مغادرة مندوب الشحن.
الاسترجاع الفوري: المرتجعات مسموح بها فقط أثناء تواجد المندوب (باستثناء حالات عيوب التصنيع).
عيوب التصنيع: في حالة وجود أي عيب مصنعي، يحق لك استرجاع المنتج واسترداد المبلغ بالكامل، أو استبداله بمنتج آخر سليم، دون تحمل أي مصاريف شحن إضافية.
تبديل المقاسات: في حالة رغبتك في تغيير المقاس، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الشحنة. الاستبدال يعتمد على توفر المقاس المطلوب، ويتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الإضافية.
ملاحظات هامة:
عدم الاستلام / إلغاء الطلب: في حالة إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه أو رفض الاستلام من المندوب، يتم دفع 80 جنيه مصاريف شحن للمندوب، أو تحويلها عبر Instapay أو Vodafone Cash.
العروض والخصومات: المنتجات المشمولة في العروض والتخفيضات لا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها نهائيًا.
Shipping
- Shipping within 2 to 5 working days.
- Payment is available in cash or online through the shipping company 'Bosta' or via InstaPay.

- Hang or lay flat to dry — avoid direct sunlight.
- Iron on low heat (preferred to use a steam iron).
